Stuart Nolan, Solicitor Advocate
Stuart Nolan is a highly experienced solicitor advocate with more than twenty years’ experience in both the Magistrates and the Crown Court. His expertise lies in “white collar” crime, especially corporate and business fraud, income tax fraud, credit card and identity fraud. He has substantial trial experience including Court of Appeal and House of Lords.
Chambers and Partners 2009 guide describes him as “a real talent and fantastic operator”. The 2010 edition has described him as “the crème de la crème” when it comes to complex matters.
Stuart lectures nationwide to both private practice and government organisations.
