Adam Gadd

Mr Gadd regularly appears in a wide range of employment cases before the Tribunals and the Civil Courts.  He has experience in constructive and unfair dismissal cases, redundancy, whistleblowing, discrimination and harassment claims. He has appeared in high value cases involving large multi-national organisations as well as Local Authorities and Government Departments.

Mr Gadd will also accept instructions in employment cases from the Bar Pro Bono Unit.  Mr Gadd combines his employment practice with personal injury and regulatory law, and currently edits the Pump Court Chambers Personal Injury Newsletter.
