Miranda Allardice
Miranda Allardice has extensive specialist experience in dealing with family money, in life and death.
In life this involves complex ancillary relief claims, and civil partnerships with a particular interest in pensions, co-habitee disputes, proprietary estoppel and undue influence cases, and power of attorney procedures and elder abuse.
In death Inheritance Act claims, contested probate actions and associated problems in the administration of estates. She has considerable experience in professional negligence claims in these areas of specialisation.
Appointments and Memberships
Member of the FLBA, ACTAPS, and The Chancery Bar Association Chambers Management Committee Lectures on a regular basis for external organizations, on such subjects as Constructive Trusts, The Inheritance Act, Mental Capacity issues, Probate claims and negligent will drafting.
