1. How do I get started watching the webinars?

A Go to www.datalawcube.co.uk  and log in using your email address and password which was sent to you. If you are a Pay as You Go customer then you will be sent these details once you have paid for your individual items

2. What do I need to watch the webinars?

A. For best results we recommend that you listen to the webinars using headphones rather than the computer speaker for privacy and sound quality. You can alter the volume yourself, pause and play the recorded webinars as you wish. Don't forget that you can listen to them on your mp3 player, ipod etc by clicking the download mp3 button in the Podcast section of the Cube

3. How Do I watch a live webinar session?

A.  Log into the cube using your log in details and choose the Live Webinar Button. This will allow you to register for the live sessions that you wish to see

4. What is my Password?

A. If you have forgotten you password please call us during office hours on 0151 702 8576, or simply go to the Cube's log in page and follow the directions for lost passwords

5. How do I get my notes?

A.

In the Cube there are three sections for members: videos; podcast and notes. Go to the notes section and click on the notes that you want to download and they will appear on your computer

6. How many recorded sessions can I watch?

A. Members can watch all the sessions inside their package, which currently excludes Accreditation Support courses, regulatory and mandatory courses. Pay as You Go customers can watch only what they have purchased

7. How may live hours do I need?

A. The SRA require 25% live session which is 4 CPD hours.

You can watch live sessions with us so that you can obtain your 25% live CPD hours. For more details on live sessions email us at lesleyowens@datalaw.org for more information.

8. When will I know when new courses are coming out?

A. Check either on our website, or in the Cube for details. Keep your eyes open for the emails we send out when new courses are up and coming

10. How do I know how many CPD hours I have?

A.  Both individual and firm members have an individual account which reports which courses they have watched, how many CPD hours they have obtained and our SRA number. This is available inside the Cube which allows the individual and the firm's superuser to print these out at any time.

11. Can I watch the Accreditation courses as part of my webinar package?

A. No, all the accreditation courses are priced separately.
