A 7 fee earner High Street practice in Lincolnshire was the latest firm to examine their training budget. As a result of shrinking legal aid, they worked without secretaries in an effort to save money.

What they hadn't realised that despite their best intentions they were losing a substantial amount of money when they calculated the true cost of training.
