Duty Solicitor Rota Closes

Once again we're getting to that time of the year where you need to act now if you want to get on the Duty Solicitor Rota. At present the LSC tell us that completed applications must be with them by the Friday 12th November. This requires both examinations to be completed satisfactorily: the portfolio and the Interview and Advocacy Assessment. As you may know, earlier this year, there was considerable confusion about the cut off date, as the commission decided to bring forward the date without letting anyone know. With this in mind, we have put together a flexible examination timetable that hopefully will cater for any sudden surprises that the LSC deliver.
