Delivered by experienced lecturer Sue Edwards, this course will provide viewers with an overview of an employer’s obligations in respect of paying wages, lawful and unlawful deductions, the minimum wage etc.
Consideration will also be given to unlawful behaviour and the different forms of discrimination which can apply to pay and benefits.
This course will discuss equality of pay, pay secrecy and protected characteristics and will detail the statutory payment requirements for absences including sick pay, maternity/paternity leave and adoption.
