Businesses want and need happy and motivated workers. In order to encourage this, some employers may wish to accommodate an employee’s request for home working. However in these circumstances, how does the employer ensure the work gets done?

This course will concentrate on home working, policy drafting and the HR ramifications of allowing certain roles to be dealt with at home. This course will consider how to balance the needs of the business with that of the employee in order to reach a good workable compromise.

Experienced lecturer Sue Edwards will provide viewers with information on how to deal with home working requests, what to include in the home working policy and how to manage a home working arrangement.
