Course Overview

Commonly defined as a collision between a vehicle and a stationary object or between two or more vehicles, Low Velocity Impact (LVI)s do not usually involve injury as there is often insufficient speed and/or occupant displacement to cause serious harm. Despite this, LVI cases are some of the most complex matters which personal injury law practitioners must deal with.

When a LVI defence is raised, you must be able to marshal the latest arguments if you are to achieve the best results for your client.

With this is mind, solicitor and experienced PI trainer Nicky Carter has put together this crucial LVI claims update which will cover the following:

  • Procedural implications
