The SRA requires all firms provide their staff with training and information regarding equality and diversity requirements. Equality and diversity is a topic the SRA take extremely seriously, and firms should be certain to ensure they meet their obligations. This essential webinar covers the main points your staff need to know to work in a law firm; from compliance requirements to practical scenarios. Broken down into easily digestible 20 minute chunks, this webinar also covers relations between staff, clients and third parties, provides a quiz to test understanding, and provides a helpful resources list for future reference.

Please note this course does not cover gender pay gap reporting or the Equality Act Gender Pay Gap Regulations 2017.

About Instructor - Katie Jackson

Katie Jackson is a consultant specialising in law firm compliance and regulation. A former Inspector for the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, Katie led and managed inspections of some of the largest conveyancing practices in the country. Prior to working for the CLC, Katie spent a number of years working in various inspection and policy roles for the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and Legal Services Commission.
