Central to Outcomes Focussed Regulation (OFR) is the requirement that the ten over-arching ethical Principles embedded into OFR and the Outcomes set out in the SRA Code of Conduct are achieved by law firms Delivered by experienced lecturer Peter Scott, this course has been specially designed to take the busy practitioner through the compliance requirements laid down by the Principles and the Code of Conduct.
